This "live" album was recorded in one day on Saturday, June 15, 1996, and released one month later. It was "live" because Jason sung all the songs live to the pre-recorded music in one take. The music was from the original 4-track master tapes, so the only thing new were the vocals.

There were three types of songs: the first was old Mune Mud songs (mostly from 1991's album Olympus) being re-sung. The second was unreleased Mune Mud songs. The third was preview songs from the upcoming Equation of Time album (released in August of that year).

The session was videotaped but the audio level was too quiet on the video tape, so nothing was ever done with the video.

There were five additional songs recorded that day but not used for various reasons.

This album had a very limited release and there are no plans to re-release it any time soon.

Next week's Album of the Week: Equation of Time by Mune Mud from 1996.
