This Day in Studio History

Back in 1994, Jason wrote the music for a promotional video for a local company called Lefton Productions that rented carnival games and supplies.

It was on January 22 that the song was recorded. The following day Jason took it to a co-worker, whose wife worked at Lefton Productions. The video was then edited on January 27 and Jason received his copy of the tape on January 28.

This was the first time he made money on his music.

I had missed a couple of posts and was reading from top to bottom and on post 151 (hadn't looked at the number) I caught myself thinking that you have been quite dedicated to this project. Wondering how many diaries/journals you have. How many boxes. But necessary and good!

Keep on keeping on ... Carol

PS Kaelob, the new baby, has chickenpox. He broke out with them on the day he was scheduled to get his vaccine. 12 weeks old. But he doesn't know how to scratch nor does he realize that he is supposed to feel REALLY bad . It's cool.

At least Kaelob is getting them out of the way early. I was probably 7-8 when I had my pox.

The postings will eventually slow down, but for now I'm still playing catch up and posting old stuff. But new projects (such as the new ORC album being record) will always be posted about. And I don't plan on stopping music any time soon, so the blog will be around for a while too.

And I keep way too many journals and data, it would raise a few eyebrows if I listed them all here.
